「佛告藥王又如來滅後」此下是第二明佛滅後弟子。就中例有二者：第一先出佛滅後弟子勳相；第二言「我亦與受菩提記」正明報重也。

From “The Buddha told Bhaiṣajyarāja: Furthermore, after the Tathāgata’s extinction” below is the second, clarifying the disciples after the Buddha’s extinction. Within this, following the rule, there are two: first, setting forth the marks of merit of the disciples after the Buddha’s extinction; second, stating “I also bestow upon them the prediction of bodhi”, directly clarifying the weighty retribution.
