From 'Bhaiṣajyarāja, I in other lands' downward is the third [section], encouraging and exhorting persons who propagate the sūtra. Within this are five parts: first, explaining that the Tathāgata dispatches conjured persons to assemble an audience to listen to the Dharma for the person who propagates the sūtra; second, that he also dispatches the fourfold assembly to listen to their preaching of the Dharma and propagation of the sūtra; third, explaining that if in mountains, forests, or wilderness places where there are no human inhabitants, I also dispatch the heavenly beings, dragons, and the rest of the eight classes to listen to what they preach; fourth, stating that if this person is situated in another land and a different place, the person who propagates the sūtra is enabled to see my body from time to time; fifth, stating that if this person forgets chapters and verses when propagating the sūtra, I, by the power of supernormal paths, cause them not to forget.
