善法惡法異，是世界；說今善法生後善法，是為人；以今善法破今惡法，是對治；非善非惡，是第一義。

The distinction between good dharmas and evil dharmas is the worldly [siddhānta]; speaking of present good dharmas producing future good dharmas is [the siddhānta] for individuals; using present good dharmas to destroy present evil dharmas is the therapeutic [siddhānta]; neither good nor evil is the supreme-truth [siddhānta].
