一切時、一切處盡有者，立支。自有人從生無病，如薄拘羅，生來不識頭痛，況餘病！是故不立。

What exists at all times and in all places is established as a link. There are people who have had no sickness from birth, like Vakkula, who from birth did not know what a headache was, much less other sicknesses! Therefore it is not established [as a link].
