2.80

神通妙者，謂報通、修通、作意通、體法通、無記化化通，無謀之權，稱緣轉變，若遠、若近、若種、若熟、若脫，皆為一乘，故言神通妙。

The subtlety of spiritual penetrations: this refers to retributive penetrations, cultivational penetrations, intentional penetrations, substance-of-dharmas penetrations, and non-defined transformational penetrations. As an uncalculated expedient, transforming in accord with conditions—whether distant, near, planting, ripening, or liberating—all are for the sake of the one vehicle; hence it is called the subtlety of spiritual penetrations.
