二、隨法行位者，即是利根入道之名也。利者，自以智力見理斷結。在方便道，能自用觀觀四真諦法，但未發真，不名為行。因世第一法發苦忍真明，十五剎那進趣見真，故名隨法行位也。

2. The stage of follower by Dharma is the designation for a person of sharp faculties entering the path. Sharp ones see the principle and sever fetters through their own intellectual power. On the path of expedient means, they can use their own contemplation to contemplate the dharmas of the four noble truths, but having not yet brought forth the real, it is not called practice. Relying on the supreme worldly dharma to produce the true radiance of patience regarding suffering, progressing for fifteen kṣaṇas to see the real, this is called the stage of follower by Dharma.
