4.79

第三云：「破有法王，出現於世，隨眾生欲，而為說法。」四意明文，宛然具足。又《涅槃》明菩薩破有，此經明法王破有，彌顯其義也。明聖行竟。

The third [scroll of the Lotus Sūtra] states: 'The Dharma King who destroys existence appears in the world, expounding the Dharma in accordance with the desires of sentient beings.' The explicit statements of the four meanings are fully and clearly present. Furthermore, the Mahāparinirvāṇa-sūtra explains the bodhisattva's destroying existence, whereas this sūtra explains the Dharma King's destroying existence, making its meaning all the more manifest. Clarifying the holy practice is concluded.
