三藏觀生空得道,三藏觀生空得道已,又更觀法空,生、法二境不融。今通門生空即法空,法空即生空,無二無別。《大品》云:色性如我性,我性如色性,此二皆如幻化。

In the Tripiṭaka [teaching], one contemplates the emptiness of living beings to attain the Way; having attained the Way by contemplating the emptiness of living beings, one further contemplates the emptiness of dharmas, the two objects—living beings and dharmas—not being fused. Now in the shared gate, the emptiness of living beings is itself the emptiness of dharmas, and the emptiness of dharmas is itself the emptiness of living beings, without duality or difference. The Pañcaviṃśati states: 'The nature of form is like the nature of the self; the nature of the self is like the nature of form; both of these are like an illusion or a conjuration.'
