圓教四門相者，此門明入佛性第一義，一往與別門名義是同，細尋意趣，別有多途。分別同異，在下委論（云云）。

As for the characteristics of the four gates of the perfect teaching: these gates clarify entry into the paramārtha of Buddha-nature; at first glance their terminology and meaning are the same as the distinctive gates, but when searching carefully into their purport, there are distinctly multiple paths. Discriminating their similarities and differences will be discussed in detail below (and so forth).
