Seventh, clarifying the ground of wondrous enlightenment: because of ultimate liberation and unsurpassed buddha wisdom, it is spoken of as having nothing severed, and [one in it] is termed the unsurpassed person. This is precisely the three virtues, neither vertical nor horizontal, the ultimate final mind, the great nirvāṇa. All are great: great principle, great vows, great adornment, great wisdom and severance, great all-pervasive knowledge, great path, great function, great provisional and real, great benefit, and great non-abiding. These are precisely the earlier ten contemplations forming a vehicle, their perfect consummation being realized only in the Buddha; beyond [the syllable] ha there are no letters to speak of (and so forth). Therefore, Vairocana Buddha is named 'Purity and Fullness,' because everything is fulfilled.
