次明通別意者，如上所說一往赴機據理應以通說為正，故第一卷中明一十六番十二部也。通別之意意在於斯。

Next, clarifying the intent of common and distinct: as stated above, provisionally responding to capacities, based on principle one should take the common explanation as correct. Therefore, in the first fascicle, sixteen iterations of the twelve divisions were explained. The intent of common and distinct lies right here.
