15.24

答：前以本迹判於麁妙及以六門，今以權實及自行等以釋權實，則本實迹權、自本他迹。又以開顯等轉釋權實，若開迹顯本之權實方名本中之權實，是故重明一理無異，意在於此。

Answer: Previously, using the origin and traces, he classified the coarse and the subtle as well as the six gates; now, by means of the provisional and the real as well as one's own practice and so forth, he explains the provisional and the real. Thus the origin is real and the traces provisional; one's own is the origin and others' are the traces. Furthermore, through opening and revealing and so on, he further explains the provisional and the real. Only when the provisional and real of opening the traces and revealing the origin [are considered] are they called the provisional and the real within the origin. Therefore, re-clarifying that the one principle is without difference—this is where the intention lies.
