7.10

雖減彼行，不減諦故、欣慕心故，故得脩彼所減行相。於中忍位脩所減行，準望可知。於三十二中留苦下一行者，擬入見道，故須留也。餘三十一如文次第，漸漸除之。

Although those aspects are reduced, because the truth is not reduced and because of the mind of admiration, one is still able to cultivate those reduced aspects. Cultivating the reduced aspects in the stage of intermediate forbearance can be understood by analogy. Retaining one aspect under suffering out of the thirty-two is in preparation for entering the path of seeing, and therefore it must be retained. The remaining thirty-one are gradually eliminated in the sequence described in the text.
