8.10

「妙行者」下釋其相也。次釋妙行中，初標，次釋。初言「一行一切行」者，須約六即以明三德，今言行者多在住前，三法妙顯多於初住故也。

The passage below 'Marvelous practice...' explains its characteristics. In the subsequent explanation of marvelous practice, there is first a heading and next an explanation. As for the opening phrase, 'One practice is all practices,' one must rely on the six stages of identity to elucidate the three virtues. Now, when speaking of 'practice,' it is mostly prior to the [ten] abodes, because the marvelous manifestation of the three dharmas mostly occurs at the first abode.
