8.14

如四三昧是菩薩行，一一三昧無非法界諸度具足，故一施一戒皆具三諦三智三德，成波羅蜜，攝諸善法，是故名為一切行也。

It is like the four kinds of samādhi being bodhisattva practices: each single samādhi is nothing other than the dharma realm and is complete with all perfections. Therefore, a single giving and a single precept are each complete with the three truths, the three wisdoms, and the three virtues, forming pāramitās and subsuming all wholesome dharmas; therefore, it is called 'all practices.'
