神逈等，並採綜文前輕安諦理，莫不空王佛所同共發心，十六沙彌，咸皆代講。翳花逢日，除瘼養珠，誠愧雁門之筆，曷窺龍嚬之奧，庶探玄之士，沐道流而有本焉。

Shenjiong and others have collected and synthesized the light, serene, and real principles preceding the text; all of us generated the aspiration together under the Buddha King of Emptiness, and the sixteen śrāmaṇeras all took turns to lecture. The cloudy flower meets the sun, curing disease and nourishing the pearl. Truly ashamed of the brushwork of Yanmen, how can we peer into the depths of the dragon's frown? May those who explore the profound bathe in the flow of the Path and possess its source.
