法說非止逗上中之上，又有中下，從正略傍，故言逗上根人耳，餘二周亦如是。

Teaching by Dharma does not only suit the superior of the superior; there are also intermediate and lower. Following the primary and omitting the secondary, it is therefore said to suit people of superior faculties; the remaining two cycles are also like this.
