4.76

二、約四智者，今欲以圓教四智對於四位，不如《般若》中通教釋也。一、道慧見道實性，實性中得開佛知見也；二、道種慧，知十法界諸道種別解惑之相，一一皆示佛知見也；三、一切智，知一切法一相寂滅，寂滅即悟佛知見也；四、一切種智，知一切法一相寂滅相，種種行類相貌皆識，即入佛知見也。又道慧如理名開，道種慧如量名示，一切智理量不二稱悟，一切種智理量雙照為入，此亦約實理無淺深中，而淺深分別也。

Second, in terms of the four wisdoms: now we wish to match the four wisdoms of the perfect teaching with the four stages, unlike the interpretation of the shared teaching in the Prajñā[pāramitā]. First, the path-wisdom sees the real nature of the path, and within the real nature one attains the opening of the Buddha's knowledge and vision. Second, the path-species wisdom knows the marks of understanding and delusion distinct to the various paths across the ten dharma realms, and each and every one demonstrates the Buddha's knowledge and vision. Third, the all-knowledge knows that all dharmas are in a single mark of tranquility, and tranquility is awakening to the Buddha's knowledge and vision. Fourth, the all-seed wisdom knows that all dharmas possess the mark of tranquility while also recognizing all the various types of practices and appearances, which is entering the Buddha's knowledge and vision. Furthermore, path-wisdom according with principle is called opening; path-species wisdom according with quantity is called demonstrating; all-knowledge in which principle and quantity are non-dual is called awakening to; all-seed wisdom illuminating both principle and quantity together is entering. This is also discriminating shallow and deep where the real principle has no shallow or deep.
