人先見諦故、人是現見故、人為證故、佛所行事業與人同故，諸天從人中得善利故、人中有四眾故。

Because humans see the truths first, because humans are visible in the present, because humans act as witnesses, because the deeds carried out by the Buddha are identical to those of humans, because devas obtain wholesome benefits from among humans, and because the fourfold assembly exists among humans.
