「如彼大雲」下，第二，提譬帖合六意者，「大雲」帖合第一形聲兩益；「雨於一切」帖合第二六章法門；「卉木叢林」帖合第四受化眾生利鈍怠進習因深淺；「如其種性具足蒙潤」，帖合第五受潤得法利；「各得生長」帖合第六現世安隱增長也。

From “Like that great cloud” downward is second: bringing up the metaphors to match the six meanings. “Great cloud” matches the first, the two benefits of form and voice. “Raining upon all” matches the second, the dharma approaches of the six sections. “Plants, trees, thickets, and forests” matches the fourth, the depth and shallowness of the habitual causes of the living beings converted, their sharpness or dullness, indolence or energy. “According to their natures, fully receiving moisture” matches the fifth, receiving moisture and gaining the benefit of the Dharma. “Each attaining growth” matches the sixth, being at ease in the present life and flourishing in growth.
