夢中無通、無宿命智，云何能見未來世事？答：此非願智境界，乃是比知。諸人曾有如是夢如是果，今以比知耳。

Question: In a dream there are neither supernatural powers nor the knowledge of past lives; how can one perceive future events? Answer: This is not the realm of knowledge resulting from vows, but is inferential knowledge. Various people have had such dreams and such results, and now one knows it by inference.
