2.19

In terms of the teachings: externally mastering the four Vedas and internally mastering the Tripiṭaka are the four analytical knowledges of the Tripiṭaka [teaching]. Having nothing to attain, yet eloquence being like this, is the eloquence of the shared teaching. Whether names or meanings pervading the ten dharma realms is the eloquence of the distinctive teaching. Pervading all eloquence based on the true aspect is the eloquence of the perfect teaching.
