釋品名者，「如來」上壽量品釋，「神力」者，神在於內即體宗也。「力」名幹用，即是用也。佛說本迹口輪力用已竟於前，今復身輪現此勝用，令眾流通本迹之教，故云「體深力大」。「此字」下別明來意。「自此」下總名來意。初所對眾中言「一切」指他方、「舊住」指本化者，應非四眾八部也。故「一切」者，即從「及諸」已下文是。

In explaining the chapter title: 'Tathāgata' was explained above in the Life Span Chapter; as for 'supernatural powers' (shenli), 'spirit' (shen) is internal, which is the essence and central theme; 'power' (li) means capacity and function, which is the function. The power and function of the Buddha's wheel of speech expounding origin and traces has already concluded above; now, the wheel of the body again manifests this supreme function to lead the assembly to transmit the teaching of origin and traces; hence it is called 'profound in essence and great in power.' From 'This word' onward, he specifically clarifies the purpose of its placement. From 'From this' onward, he generally explains the purpose of its placement. In the assembly initially addressed, the words 'all' refers to those from other lands, and 'old dwellers' refers to those converted in the origin; they should not be the four assemblies and eight classes. Therefore, 'all' refers to the text from 'and various' onward.
