Regarding 'constantly on Vulture Peak as the reward land': if, according to other lands, one points to the land with remainder, the reward land must refer to [the land of] enjoyment for others. Based on the words 'constantly residing,' it belongs to the land of self-enjoyment; if based on the verse's mention of jeweled adornment, then it is not one's own land, but rather the other at the fundamental time, just as the Avataṃsaka mostly clarifies enjoyment for others. Regarding 'that is the meaning of other lands above': it points to the previous text, 'I in other lands.' This temporarily points to what lies outside the reward land; in general terms, it also pervades the ten directions, whether pure or defiled. Regarding 'those who cultivate merit,' and so forth: this refers to those who are complete in the conditioned and revealing [causes]; the Sūtra says, 'then all see my body in the true reward land.' Regarding the Sūtra saying 'at times for this assembly,' and so forth: this also refers to the first bhūmi and the first abode. Regarding the Sūtra saying 'only after a long time seeing the Buddha': this refers to those whose five defilements are heavy. Regarding the Sūtra saying 'such is the power of my wisdom': it summarizes the great power.
