2.19

釋劫賓那中，初是世界，「是比丘」下為人，「中夜」下對治，「豁然」下第一義。「禱星」等者，《爾雅》云：「天駟房」。注云：「龍為天馬，故房四星謂之天駟星也。」即東方七宿中第四宿也。若準西方宿復不定，具如《止觀》第十記。約教中皆云「棲」者，依如來所證處以釋宿也，則當教明佛分齊不同。

In explaining Kapphina: the first is mundane; from 'this monk' downward is for the individual; from 'midnight' downward is counteractive; from 'suddenly' downward is the ultimate truth. As for 'praying to the star' and so forth, the Erya states: 'The Celestial Team of Four is Fang.' The commentary states: 'The dragon is the celestial steed; therefore the four stars of Fang are called the Celestial Team of Four stars.' This is the fourth mansion among the seven mansions of the east. If based on the Western system, the mansions are further not fixed, fully as noted in the tenth fascicle of Great Calming and Contemplation. In the explanation according to the teachings, where all say 'dwelling' (qī), this explains the mansion (sù) according to the place realised by the Tathāgata; thus the distinction of the Buddha according to each teaching differs.
