3.65

第三直以不說而說等與般若相同，故且對之。此中因第四釋中以第三行對於法華者，良由妙慧二字，仍云見人不見座席，故却將初後二行，歸於中間一行。不觀而觀正同般若，即與不見法華席同，等是不見故未消《法華》。皆云或者，意在於斯。

The third simply takes “expounding without expounding” and so forth as being identical with prajñā, and therefore correlates them tentatively. Here, because in the fourth interpretation the third verse is correlated with the Lotus Sūtra, truly by virtue of the two words “wondrous wisdom” (miaohui), it still says that one sees the person but does not see the seating mats. Thus it takes the first and last two verses back to the middle one verse. “Contemplating without contemplating” precisely corresponds to prajñā, which is the same as not seeing the seating mats of the Lotus Sūtra; equally being “not seeing,” it does not yet analyze the Lotus Sūtra. That all say “perhaps” has its intention right here.
