自行之權全指圓因，攬因成果故云成就，即向無量皆實相故、皆果德故，以無量法得理故也，故能橫竪橫竪不二。

The provisional of one's own practice points entirely to the perfect cause. Gathering the cause to accomplish the fruit, it is therefore said to be "achieved." That is to say, because the aforementioned measureless [dharmas] are all the true character and are all fruit-virtues, through measureless dharmas one attains the principle; therefore they are capable of horizontal and vertical, with horizontal and vertical being non-dual.
