若入初住方名開者，當知此經凡夫絕分。何故不許他從高位？何故論文云為凡夫？
If only entering the initial abode is named opening, one should know that ordinary beings have no share in this sūtra. Why then do you not permit others to explain it from high stages? Why does the Treatise's text say it is for ordinary beings?
