次約四智中初辯異者，秖是圓位能契之智。言「不如」者，不同也，簡異於遍。彼般若中通三教故，故名為通。今不依之，唯一圓道故云「不如」，如字平呼。

Next, regarding the four wisdoms, first, distinguishing differences: it is simply the wisdom capable of tallying with the perfect stages. When it says "not like," it means not identical, distinguishing it from being pervasive. Because in that Prajñā it is common to the three teachings, it is called "common." Here we do not rely on it, for there is only the one perfect path; therefore it says "not like" (the character "ru" being pronounced in the level tone).
