「有兩章兩廣兩釋」者，此依未次，疏列稍似難見，準文次第兩章並標，廣釋間出。

Regarding 'There are two headings, two amplifications, and two explanations': this is according to the end [of the section]; the commentary's arrangement appears somewhat difficult to discern, but following the sequence of the text, the two headings are indicated together, while the amplifications and explanations appear alternately.
