一者但語通別理已攝餘二，論能詮教必須具四，金且從理故云不出此二，兼復二乘至此多成通別，亦且言之。通別倉庫準此可知。

First, merely by speaking of the common and separate teachings, the principle has already subsumed the remaining two; in discussing the expressive teachings, they must possess all four. Gold provisionally follows the principle, hence it says it does not go beyond these two; moreover, the two vehicles by this point mostly achieve the common and separate teachings, which is also spoken of provisionally. The storehouses of the common and separate teachings can be understood by standardizing this.
