「形者」下次釋形色，亦具二意。初直約小教，百劫所種雖在小論，不在二乘，故二乘教無好形色。又說無常名為憔悴。次「約人」下隱本為密、現迹為遣，具如下文富樓那中。

Below "the physical appearance," it next explains physical appearance and color, which also possesses two meanings. First, directly in terms of the small teaching: what is planted over a hundred kalpas, although present in the small treatises, is not in the two vehicles; therefore the teaching of the two vehicles lacks fine physical appearance and color. Furthermore, speaking of impermanence is called "haggard and emaciated." Next, below "in terms of persons": concealing the origin is "secret," and manifesting traces is "dispatching," fully as in the text below concerning Pūrṇa.
