同與不同、開與不開、有願無願皆是隨緣。若宜有願皆悉盡來，何慮不集？後方發願亦是鑑物。「三變淨土由背捨」等者，

Being identical or not identical, opening or not opening, having vows or lacking vows—these are all according to conditions. If it is fitting to have vows, they all come completely; why worry that they would not assemble? Making vows afterward is also discerning living beings.
