注四釋中唯無觀心，初因緣中但通語感應，故云「生時」等也。
Among the four interpretations in the commentary note, only contemplation of mind is absent. In the first, causes and conditions, it only speaks in general of stimulus and response; hence it says "at the time of birth," etc.
