今龍女文從權而說，以證圓經成佛速疾，若實行不疾權行徒引，是則權實義等理不徒然，故胎經偈從實得說。若實得者，從六根淨得無生忍，應物所好容起神變，現身成佛及證圓經。既證無生，豈不能知本無捨受，何妨捨此往彼。餘教凡位至此會中，進斷無明亦復如是。凡如此例必須權實不二，以釋疑妨。

The present text on the dragon girl speaks from the provisional in order to verify the rapid attainment of buddhahood through the Perfect Sūtra; if real practice were not rapid, provisional practice would be cited in vain. Thus provisional and real are equal in meaning, and principle is not in vain; hence the verse in the Garbhadhāna-sūtra speaks from actual attainment. If it is actual attainment, from the purification of the six sense faculties one attains the acceptance of non-arising; in response to what beings favor, one can manifest divine transformations, manifesting the attainment of buddhahood in this body and verifying the Perfect Sūtra. Having verified non-arising, how could she not know that fundamentally there is no casting off or receiving? What harm is there in casting this off and going thither? Ordinary ranks of the other teachings arriving in this assembly and advancing to sever ignorance are also like this. In all such cases, one must use the non-duality of the provisional and the real to resolve doubts and difficulties.
