實是，但為成校量故。向云不論福田濃瘠，若從田論凡瘠聖濃，故應毀供重於凡也。

It is indeed so; this is only stated to establish the comparative evaluation. Previously it was said that it does not depend on whether the field of merit is rich or barren; if discussed in terms of the field, the ordinary is barren and the noble is rich, so reviling or making offerings [to a Buddha] should be graver than to an ordinary person.
