菩薩已破無明稱之為解，大眾仍居賢位名之為惑，機中辯位故云解惑。

Bodhisattvas have already broken ignorance, so it is called understanding; the great assembly still abides in the ranks of the worthy, so it is called delusion. Distinguishing ranks within capacity, it is therefore called understanding and delusion.
