若初住中本下迹高被物說遠，即其事也。故諸菩薩發願利物，隨四悉益亦可說長。

If in the first abode the origin is low while the traces are high, and for the sake of beings one speaks of remoteness, that is precisely such a case. Therefore, when bodhisattvas make vows to benefit beings, according to the benefits of the four siddhāntas they may also speak of length.
