口意別明身中合舉，既近處三皆云助觀，助前止觀，其言雖單即是雙助止觀故也。

Speech and mind are explained separately, whereas in the body they are brought together. Since the three spheres of intimacy are all said to aid contemplation, aiding the preceding calming and insight, although the wording is singular, it doubly aids both calming and insight.
