通則不別，別論小異。偏圓約教、權實約法，法即教下所詮，通於理智行等。

In general terms they are not different; treated specifically there is a slight distinction. "One-sided and perfect" pertains to the teachings; "provisional and real" pertains to dharmas. Dharmas are what is elucidated under the teachings, extending across principle, wisdom, practice, and the like.
