答：既弘正道，必損非道，故非道政之，如服良藥必動諸病，故病來政身，然後疾乃得消，蓋是數之然也。

Answer: Since propagating the right path is bound to diminish the non-path, the non-path attacks it. Just as taking good medicine is bound to stir up all diseases, so diseases come to attack the body, and only then can the illness be eliminated; this is simply how the principle works.
