答：諸佛住三事，示現說十二部經，三事示現即是三輪：一他心輪、二神通輪、三說法輪。既住三事說十二部經，當知亦住三事說《法華》也。

Answer: The buddhas abide in three matters to manifest and preach the twelve divisions of scripture. The manifestation of these three matters is precisely the three wheels: first, the wheel of reading others' minds; second, the wheel of supernatural powers; and third, the wheel of preaching the Dharma. Since they abide in the three matters to preach the twelve divisions of scripture, one should know that they also abide in the three matters to preach the Lotus Sūtra.
