答：正是化他門。所以然者，菩薩本為教化眾生令作福德，而眾生能作者，菩薩歡喜，故是化他門。若自欲除嫉妬煩惱求福德故起隨喜，是自行門也。

Answer: It is precisely the gate of transforming others. Why is this? Bodhisattvas originally teach and transform sentient beings to lead them to generate merit, and when sentient beings are able to do so, the bodhisattvas rejoice; therefore it is the gate of transforming others. If one generates rejoicing in accord out of a desire to eliminate one's own affliction of jealousy and seek merit, that is the gate of self-practice.
