答：如文所明，有此勝用故名為淨。又此經明權實二智、真應兩身皆是無礙之法。菩薩悟無礙之法，故今得無礙，故名六根淨也。

Answer: As explained in the text, having this superior function is what is called purity. Furthermore, this sūtra explains that the two wisdoms of the provisional and the real, and the two bodies of the true and the responsive, are all unobstructed dharmas. Bodhisattvas awaken to the unobstructed dharmas, and therefore they now attain unobstructedness; hence it is called purification of the six sense faculties.
