第十一師云「萬善為體，此大通漫。此經既明一乘，但取乘之飾具，宜用一乘為體。乘飾具者，如下云『其車高廣乃至駕以白牛』，但取無漏大乘，簡除有漏之法也。」評曰：尋此釋用一乘為體，與初師不同。初師總明一乘，今但取無漏。明義既局，非所用也。

The eleventh master stated: "Taking the myriad goods as the substance is overly broad and vague. Since this sūtra clarifies the one vehicle, it merely takes the vehicle's ornamental adornments; it is proper to use the one vehicle as the substance. As for the vehicle's ornamental adornments, it says below, 'Its carriage was high and broad, ... even yoked with white bullocks'; it merely takes the uncontaminated Great Vehicle, excluding contaminated dharmas." Critique: Examining this explanation, it uses the one vehicle as the substance, which differs from the first master. The first master clarified the one vehicle in general, whereas this one merely takes the uncontaminated. Since the stated meaning is narrow, it is not to be accepted.
