答：有例不例。若言三十三天常樂我淨，如楊葉之金亦是權，亦須破及會也。不例者，道實無三，方便說三，是究竟故三是權。而不無行生死人天之因、得人天果報，故人天非權也。昔又不說人天是究竟，故人天乘非權也。

Answer: There are cases that are analogous and cases that are not analogous. If one says that the Trāyastriṃśa heaven is permanent, blissful, self, and pure, like willow leaves taken as gold, this is also provisional and must also be refuted and unified. As for what is not analogous: the path truly has no three, yet by skillful means three are taught to be ultimate; therefore the three are provisional. But it is not that there is no cultivation of the causes of humans and devas in saṃsāra resulting in the fruitional retributions of humans and devas; therefore humans and devas are not provisional. In the past it was also never taught that humans and devas are ultimate; therefore the human and deva vehicles are not provisional.
