答：一切菩薩皆有自行化他，今內靜鑒為實是自行，外動用為權是化他義，故知通一切教也。

Answer: All bodhisattvas possess self-practice and transforming others; here, inner quiet discernment being the real is self-practice, and outer active functioning being the provisional is the meaning of transforming others; hence we know it runs through all teachings.
