答：彼論釋云「乘是顯載義，由真如佛性故出福慧等行，由福慧等行故出佛果，佛果載出眾生。」《攝大乘論》有三，謂乘因、乘緣、乘得，乘因者謂真如佛性第一義空為乘因。乘緣謂萬行，乘得即佛果也。

Answer: That treatise explains, "Vehicle has the meaning of manifesting conveyance. Due to the tathatā-Buddha-nature, practices such as merit and wisdom emerge; due to practices such as merit and wisdom, the Buddha fruit emerges; the Buddha fruit conveys sentient beings out [of saṃsāra]." The Mahāyānasaṃgraha has three [aspects]: namely, the cause of the vehicle, the conditions of the vehicle, and the attainment of the vehicle. The cause of the vehicle refers to the tathatā-Buddha-nature, the ultimate-truth emptiness, as the cause of the vehicle. The conditions of the vehicle refer to the myriad practices. The attainment of the vehicle is the Buddha fruit.
