答：亦有此義。例如菩薩昔明有二，今還無二者，佛乘亦爾也。此皆是傍義，非索車之大宗。

Answer: There is also this meaning. For example, just as bodhisattvas [might think that] since the two were explained to exist in the past but are now non-existent, the Buddha vehicle might also be like this. These are all secondary meanings, not the primary focus of asking for the carriages.
