答：車三約智優劣，城一據涅槃無二。城為止息故靜，車明遊戲快樂故動，皆是互舉並不相違。

Answer: The three carriages pertain to the superiority and inferiority of wisdom; the one city is based on nirvāṇa being non-dual. The city is stationary because it is for resting; the carriages are mobile to illustrate sport and joyful delight. These are mutually complementary expressions and do not contradict each other at all.
